Rental Policy Items For Sale Items for Rent


RESERVATIONS.... Advance reservations are recommended.  At the time of reservation a 40% deposit is due.  A minimum two weeks notice is required for a full refund of deposit in the event of cancellation.  Tents of 800 sq. ft. or larger require a 40% deposit which is non-refundable.  Some items are considered non-cancelable with 100% deposit due which, also, is not refundable.

ORDER CHANGES.... No reductions of the order will be permitted after Monday for events scheduled through the following Sunday.  Additional items may be added at any time pending availability.

PRICING.... Rental rates are based on a one-day event.  Special pricing is available for additional days use.  Rental rates apply on all items whether used or not, so make selection carefully.  Full payment must be made prior to delivery or at time of customer pick-up.  We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

DELIVERY.... Delivery and pick-up are available at reasonable rates.  All deliveries require a signature of a responsible party for verification of complete order being left.  Deliveries are made to a street level location that is immediately accessible to our trucks.  There will be additional charges for deliveries which require delivering up or down steps or long distances.  Tables, chairs and other equipment must be restacked  by customer and ready for our pick-up in the same place as delivered.  Set up and tear down of rental items is not included in the rental prices except as noted, but is available at reasonable rates.

CLEANING.... Linens must be returned dry and free of crumbs and decorations.  Linens and table skirt clips should be put into laundry bags provided ( not plastic bags ).  Food service items are in table-ready condition.  Please return washed or rinsed free of food in original containers to avoid additional charges.  

LOSS or DAMAGE.... The customer is responsible for equipment from time of delivery or pick-up until picked up or returned.  It must be protected from the weather and secure at all times.  The replacement cost will be charged for items missing or damaged.
